1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, packaged, or shipped on weekends or local public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Tracking & Confirmation

Once your item is handed to the courier, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to monitor your package's live journey directly on our website.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Princ is not responsible for any customs duties, clearance fees, or taxes applied by your destination country. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
