We have a 25-day return policy, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@princ.com.co to initiate a return. Upon approval, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason. The same condition requirements apply.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
